Intellectual Property

• • Custom code developed for your project becomes your property upon full payment
• • We retain rights to any pre-existing code, libraries, or frameworks used
• • We may use anonymized project examples in our Products section

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Didicode Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Payment and Refunds

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
